OUR SERVICES 

Full address will be provided once your booking is confirmed.

 

1. Deposits & Payments

    •    No deposit = no appointment.

    •    Deposits are non-refundable.

    •    Deposits are subtracted from your remaining balance, which is paid after service.

    •    Payment methods: Cash or card machine only.

 

2. Add-On Services

    •    Add-on services are automatically included in the website total.

 

3. Kids’ Appointments

    •    Please allow extra time—kids move, have a lot of hair, and may not finish on schedule.

    •    Patience is appreciated!

 

4. Late Policy

    •    $10 fee after 20 minutes late.

    •    30 minutes late = automatic cancellation of your appointment.

 

5. Cancellations

    •    Same-day cancellations will be charged the full appointment price.

    •    Please try to cancel at least 24 hours in advance when possible.

 

6. Wash & Non-Wash Services

    •    Washing services require you to check wash and blow during booking – $15 additional fee.

    •    Additional services like steam treatments, scalp detox, trims, etc., include an extra charge.

    •    For non-wash services: hair should be clear of product. I can apply products if requested.
