This class is perfect for adults who want to: • Master protective styles like box braids, twists, or cornrows • Practice under expert guidance and correction • Receive tips for maintaining healthy, strong hair at home • Build confidence styling their own hair
Cancellation Policy
Junkie Naturals Service & Appointment Policies – Brooklyn, NY Full address will be provided once your booking is confirmed. 1. Deposits & Payments • No deposit = no appointment. • Deposits are non-refundable. • A $1 processing fee is added to your deposit. • Deposits are subtracted from your remaining balance, which is paid after service. • Payment methods: Cash or card machine only. 2. Add-On Services • Add-on services are not automatically included in the website total. • Please manually add the cost of any additional service to your total balance. 3. Kids’ Appointments • Please allow extra time—kids move, have a lot of hair, and may not finish on schedule. • Patience is appreciated! 4. Late Policy • $10 fee after 20 minutes late. • 30 minutes late = automatic cancellation of your appointment. 5. Cancellations • Same-day cancellations will be charged the full appointment price unless you contact me in advance. • Please try to cancel at least 24 hours in advance when possible. 6. Wash & Non-Wash Services • Washing services require you to check the box during booking – $15 additional fee. • Additional services like steam treatments, scalp care, trims, etc. incur extra charges. • For non-wash services: hair should be clear of product.
